After now what has felt a lifetime for us, we have decided to slowly open our takeaway food options. With the summer here and we know people will want to enjoy the famous Eastbourne beach and get outdoors! We have a selection of sandwiches and picnic items, afternoon tea, drink, and also our frozen ready meals for dinner!

As the UK continues to see increased cases of the Coronavirus I felt that it was important to keep you all aware of our position regarding the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
Whilst, at present, we have not been advised from the British Government or NHS England to close our hotel or restaurant to guests, we are advising any hotel guests who have booked prior to the 15th March who are to stay with us in the next 30 days to contact us to discuss you options to move, hold your booking with us. For restaurant reservations, we are still open for business with Mothering Sunday bookings still being honored and planned for.
As a business, we are also taking precautionary steps in relation to unnecessary travel and staff illness and will be looking to keep key staff on site.
We have also asked our staff to be prudent and cautious in their actions outside the workplace. Any member of staff felt to have been at risk will be required to stay away from the premises and self-isolate. We do ask if you are planning on visiting the hotel in the next 30-days to also take similar precautions.
As always, we are supporting good hygiene and already have strong handwashing processes within our hotel and production areas. The hotel is being deep cleaned daily and the staff are sanitizing public areas every 15 minutes with our guests being encouraged to use the hand sanitizer by reception regularly.
We can confirm that we are doing, and will continue to do, all that we can to reduce the risk of the Coronavirus impacting our business or our readiness to serve you.
If the situation changes, we will of course update you as necessary.

The Mulberry Restuarant & Bar are excited to be the host of the New Wilmington Hotel’s first Jazz Funk Soul Weekender welcoming JFSR Radio a leading London radio station with a global reach via the internet.
They will be hosting a number of events over the weekend starting off in the Mulberry Bar on Friday night with great music and also the restaurant will be open for dinner.
Saturday evening we welcome JFSR Radio DJ’s for a live broadcast from the Mulberry Restaurant & Bar.
We finish the weekend with an extra special Sunday Carvery with music again provided by the JFSR DJ’s. Advance table bookings only with limited spaces available.
